Motivo is the largest platform for tele-supervision for therapists. We connect healthcare organizations to virtual clinical supervisors to complete the therapist licensure process. In May 2024, I began a new role as Senior Manager of Community Engagement at Motivo. My focus is community development and management, our Motivo Learning platform, and our supervisor vetting and clinical onboarding workflow.

In 2020, I launched my virtual private practice, Safe Space Therapeutic, to support women’s mental health needs. In response to the growing demand for in-person sessions, we opened our first Texas office in 2023. Learn more about Safe Space here.

Since March 2022, I have proudly served on the Best Practice Committee on Perinatal Mental Health at Postpartum Support International. Working alongside a diverse group of maternal health providers (many with lived experience), our goal is to improve research and access to resources for marginalized communities.

In 2022, I established the 501c3 for Therapist in Tech, an online community supporting mental health professionals working in digital mental health spaces.

While in the executive director role, I increased membership from under 900 to over 3,200 in less than one year. This growth allowed us to create a vibrant community of mental health professionals who could connect, share knowledge, and network with one another.

One of the achievements I am particularly proud of is the establishment and successful execution of our inaugural mentoring program. This initiative aimed to guide and support mental health professionals in the digital mental health industry.

To ensure the sustainability of our community, I took the lead in implementing a membership dues process. This approach helped generate the necessary budget to sustain the organization's activities.

Additionally, within six months of becoming a nonprofit, I increased revenue by 9,000%, further strengthening our ability to support mental health professionals.

Although I have stepped down from my role as Executive Director of Therapists in Tech, I’m still honored to serve the community as a board member.
